Not much is known of this small ski area that operated in West Rumney on Rte 25. This area was operated by the private Bel'Air Lodge. According to the 1938 NH Winter Sports Map, the area had a 900' rope tow, 1.5 mile long trail, and 4 short novice trails. Some open slopes were also available. Skating, sleighing, snowshoeing, and tobogganing were also available. There was a main bungalow and 10 cottages for skiers to stay in.
This was the only reference for the area, which suggests this area only briefly operated.
